Agama Yoga Vancouver is proud to present our 1st level playshops. Each playshop is 2hrs long and goes towards the completion of the 1st level International Agama Yoga program. During each session the following content will be covered: Hatha yoga theory and practice: throughout each class there will be a Hatha yoga practice and a new technique introduced, such as an Asana (Yoga posture), Mudra (special yoga gesture), Bhanda (Body lock for energy control) or Kriya (yogic purification). | ||
